If the submit button doesn’t open your email app: this form currently drafts an email to useflipbooks@gmail.com using your device’s default mail client. If nothing happens when you click Submit (common on phones without a configured mail app), please email us directly at useflipbooks@gmail.com with your name, account email, request type, and details. We treat emailed requests identically to form submissions and the statutory response clock starts when we receive your email.

Authorized Agent Requests

Authorized agents may submit requests on behalf of California residents under Cal. Code Regs. tit. 11 § 7063. We accept agent-submitted requests for access, deletion, correction, portability, and opt-out of sale/sharing.

Required documentation:

  • Signed permission from the consumer (e.g., a Power of Attorney under Probate Code §§ 4000–4465, or a notarized written authorization).
  • Proof of agent identity (government-issued ID or, for businesses, registration with the California Secretary of State).
  • Confirmation that the consumer has provided the agent with the authority to act on their behalf for the specific request type.

How to submit: email the documentation above to legal@useflipbooks.com with the subject line Authorized Agent Request — <consumer email>. Replace <consumer email> with the email address of the FlipBooks account whose data is the subject of the request.

Verification: we may verify the consumer's identity directly — in addition to verifying the agent's authorization — before processing the request. This may include sending a confirmation message to the consumer's account email.

Third-party agent services: consumer-rights services such as DoNotPay and similar privacy-rights agents are an acceptable agent pattern, provided they supply the documentation listed above. We treat their submissions identically to direct authorized-agent submissions.
